Abstract: This dissertation used Guang Dong’s investment of capital asserts as the research object, constructed the multi-factors linear regression mode based on data from 1998 to 2008, analyzed the influence of the proportion of different tax in total amount to investment on capital asserts. By empirical study, we found the research conclusions and proposed the reasonable revenue’s countermeasure.
