Abstract: In order to testify in what extent the rural credit accelerated farmers income, we establish a cointegration regression Model for double-variables , an ECM Model and Granger causality tests, based on per capita loans and incomes during 1985 to 2006. We find there is a strong cointegration relationship between per capita loans and incomes, and the increase of rural credit can evidently arose progress of farmers incomes. So we suggest the central government stick to strengthen the policy kind of credit system and support those emerging private financial institutions.
