Abstract: A study of mobile service adoption would enrich the knowledge on the basic feature of people’s behavior to accept mobile service. The paper conducts a literature review on mobile service, introduces the theoretical basis of researching on users’ adoption of mobile service, analyzes different variables from different adoption models currently available, and specifies the limitation of current mobile service adoption research and points out the direction for future research in this field.
