In recent years, with the accelerated development of China's high-tech companies, enterprise how to attract and retain talents and exert maximum potential employees have become more and more confused with some enterprise's top managers. In this paper, it’s base on unique characteristics of knowledge workers, Alibaba enterprises, for example, emphasized that companies must simultaneously implement the pay incentive and inspire the strategy to exert the greatest potential employees, so that enterprises stay an invincible position in the fierce competition.
