The skilled talents are the front-line practitioners in the industry such as production, transportation and service etc. who have the excellent professional skills, play a role in the key moment and be able to solve the difficult operating problems. As a backbone for the industrialization, representative of the core competitiveness, the premise and basis of raising the independent innovation ability and technological content of products, the skilled talents play an important part in the economical and social well-being of a certain area even the whole county. After entering the post-industrial period, the speed of the economic and the social development were accelerated, economic transformation and upgrading were speed up, thus the shortage of the skilled talents become even more prominent. Base on rigorous analysis of the current situation and the trend of increasing demand in the post-industrial period for the resources of the highly skilled workers, the author manage to find out the major problems existing in the skilled talent resources, then put forward some feasible solving methods.
