Influenced by the financial crisis, enterprise efficiency declines let many enterprises through layoffs, reduction of remuneration and other measures to reduce operating costs, together with employees of fear of unemployment, making the contradiction and conflict between employers and employees more obvious and exacerbated. By constructing companies and employees complete information static game model, articles analyze the game process between employers and employees, explain the reasons for non-cooperative labor at the theory level, and build a cooperative system between employers and employees based on embedding theorem.
