Abstract: This paper aimed at the defects of subjective method on machine’s effectiveness evaluation. According as grey target technology of grey theory, the primary factors of machine were adopted as evaluating indicator in this paper. An example was calculated with the grey target principle in the theory of grey system. The result showed that the conclusion of using this method consistent with fact. The method could mostly avoid the interferer by estimator. The result was external, credible and operable, which could help operator and improving of equipment.
