Abstract: The paper reviewed human error analysis model. Based on NASA-TLX, the model of causes of pilot error was built. Through the sense of flight task from the pilots, the model can predefine weaknesses of pilots during the special tasks, and then the latency factors which may bring incidents can be confirmed by the analysis of the task-load-index value and then the flight tasks will be arranged according to the pilot’s indi- vidual attribute. The model results can also be good for avoiding flight accidents and unsafe incidents effec- tively and it is also useful for the training of pilots.
