Abstract: With the emergence of Chinese cooking space and more ordinary Chinese and Western cultural exchanges, the main kitchen cupboards as furniture. How to make western-style Chinese cuisine to satisfy technical requirements, this is our problem to be discussed today. This article finds seven kinds of most commonly used cooking methods from Chinese eight cuisines, and as a basis for building process models and the cooking process models. In most of the Chinese family women do cooking, here to 90% of women in North China in height, for example, an adaptation of the Chinese people use the cupboard model design.
