Abstract: Developing a troops deployment assistant decision-making system through Man-Machine System Engineering theory can enhance battle efficiency obviously in air-defence engagement. After the related mathematical models had been established, the flow chart of the air-defence troops deployment assistant decision-making system was analyzed. The program to calculate air-defence troops’ position factors were written by C language. The interface of the assistant decision-making system was designed. The system has the function to output air-defence troops deployment result rapidly. The system can be operated conveniently, its Man-Machine interactive interface is friendly, it can enhance the comandante’s decision- making efficiency and satisfy the battle requirement.
