Abstract: According to the man-machine-environment related theories, mine ventilation system can be seen as a man-machine-environment complex system. First of all, to aim at the plateau mine special geographical and climate environment, based on two factors that are man and environment, several human comfort influencing factors were analyzed, and then technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) was used. Taking some lead-zinc mine in Qinghai Province as an example, three middle section working faces environment in underground were evaluated, working environment quality was quantitatively analyzed, and ventilation system’s weak links were discovered, which would provide the basis for safety management of mine ventilation.
