Abstract: The role of Internet is more and more important in crisis communication process. After the amplification affection of Internet, a common event may change into a crisis event. This thesis uses the Tobit model to establish a communication model of Weng’an riot, in order to analyze the factors which affect the crisis communication. And we also analyze how these factors influence the crisis communication and how to control the crisis communication.
