Abstract: Along with the great increases of serious domestic accidents in recent years, the coordinated crossregion rescues of fire-fighting become more and more arduous. Basing on the analysis of the present situation of the fire-fighting’s cross-regions rescues, the article proposes the conception which is to construct aregional emergency rescue center for improving the handling ability of cross-region rescues and perfecting the provincial emergency system. In addition, the article introduces the function of the emergency rescue center, and puts forward several proposals for its construction.
