Abstract: Nowadays the various types of emergent incidents have developed into the phase of higher frequency, greater destructive power and stronger influence. The emergency management is becoming a highrisk work. In this paper, some risk factors affecting the emergency managers’ mental health are analyzed. Also, some recommendations based on health psychology for the prevention of such problems are provided.
