Abstract: Abstract: At present, the real estate companies in Harbin City are facing the pressures of the economic impact because of the international financial crisis which has taken place since 2008 and the competition with the foreign real estate companies for scrambling the development projects. And the real estate enterprises in Harbin compared to the well-known enterprises in Beijing, Shanghai and other places, they lack of the mature and standardized system of core competencies which makes them at a disadvantage in the competition, so this paper is used to research the system of the real estate enterprise's core competitiveness, in order to find the methods which is suitable for the real estate company in Harbin to build their own core competencies. And it will increase the advantages for the real estate enterprises in Harbin to compete with other foreign enterprises. It will also help them to expand their market share and make the real estate companies in Harbin growing and developing.
