Abstract: Abstract: The construction industry is one of the important pillar industries of the national economy, and the development of it will be determined by the development of the human resources of it. So it is necessary to study the status of human resources of construction industry in our country, analyzing the gap between it and the human resources which is adapted to the construction industrialization and the reason of this. This paper starts with six aspects as follows: labor productivity, the workers’ average wage, the ratio between labor cost and the total cost, the labor subcontracting, the vocational and technical training and the employee security system etc, analyzing the status of human resources of construction industry in our country and the problem of it. The paper argues that, the low labor productivity, the low ratio between labor cost and the total cost, the low level of the workers’ average wage, the confusion of the labor subcontracting market, the low rate of vocational and technical training and the low rate of employee security are the basic features of the human resources of construction industry in china. For the analysis above, this paper proposes the corresponding measures and ways.
