Abstract: Construction safety is an outstanding issue not only in China, but also in other countries and regions. Size and investment of construction are increasing year by year, with China’s rapid economic development. However, supervision and administration capacity of construction safety is incompatible with growing scale of construction. Performance of supervision and administration is attenuant gradually. Supervision and administration system of construction safety would be confronted with a significant adjustment, during Government Administrative System Reform and Public Service Reform of China. It analyzes the situation, problems and trends of supervision and administration system. And according to intentions of Administrative System Reform and requirements of Public Service Reform, measures and methods which optimize and develop supervision and administration system were discussed.
