Abstract: Abstract: As China has been in fast and long economic growth and making stronger contribution to global economic growth, Western scholars, at their unique standpoints, began to examine the root of China’s “growth miracle” in the world economic history, as well as the challenges and problems facing Chinese economic development. These standpoints also provide us with new perspective to understand China’s economic growth issues. Since 1980s, the Internet has realized the links and exchanges of information between people, and e-business has also created a new business model. The information tide and wireless networking technology development enable the timely communication and seamless connectivity between people and people, material and material. Under such circumstances, new adjustments and reforms will come forth in national economic structure and development patterns, particularly in IOT era after the Internet era. Industries based on information production, information services and related equipments will become the new leading sectors in economy, creating an updated values and social wealth.
