Abstract: Abstract: Collusion is one of important study places in the new theory of industry organization. This paper presented the general model and the balance condition of non-cooperative collusion. Then analyzed the influence factors on stability of non-cooperative collusion in mobile telecommunication industry in China from the market structure, the characters of need part and the supply part. At the same time, it also presented examples to certificate the existence of non-cooperative collusion in mobile telecommunication in China, and advanced it was reality that non-cooperative collusion and the price competition appeared in turn.
