This study measures the level of overall satisfaction of pay satisfaction in terms of encouragement and equity with their demographic variables such as gender, age, education background, and serving Years. Based on the findings, the researcher has recommended some suggestion. If the management insist and emphasis the equity of pay system then more Interns would be satisfied with the performance. For the further study, a relationship strategic management suggested to improve tour guides pay satisfaction provided by travel agency.
