Abstract: Abstract: The relationship between the stockholder’s rights structure and the company achievements is always the hot spot in researching. This thesis conducts the research from the theory and the company practices and proposes the viewpoint that there is no universal related relationship between the stockholder’s rights structure and the company achievements. The influence from the stockholder's rights structure to the company achievements is indirect and it carries on transmission through multi-links and multi-level. The most superior stockholder’s rights structure does not exist but the validity of the stockholder's rights structure is objective existence. The stockholder’s rights structure decides the government structure, the ability and quality of owners and managers decides the government mechanism. The government mechanism includes structure, rule, relations, system and procedure etc.
