Abstract: Abstract: Enterprise's transaction cost is affected by many aspects and senior executive's reputation is one of the most important factors. The senior executive with a higher reputation can reduces cost effectively. Using the KMRW Reputation Model, this paper analyses the relationship between senior executive's reputation and enterprise's transaction costs. Reputation has important significance for enterprises, so importance should be attached to the establishment and management of reputation.
