Abstract: Abstract: Intellectual property is the source of the core competency of enterprises. But nowadays, both our government and enterprises lack the ability to create, use, protect and manage the intellectual property. Enterprise is the mainstay of the market. So the cultivation of enterprise’s intellectual property capability is the foundation and key point to build a country based on innovation. This paper which combines the theory of strategic management, discusses the significances of cultivation the enterprise’s intellectual property capability. This paper suggestion that the enterprise should enhance awareness of intellectual property, create a learning organization and promote enterprise technology innovation capability in order to cultivate the enterprise’s intellectual property capability.
