Abstract: Abstract: Recent years at the step of aggravation of globalizing economy competition and the society paying more attention to moral factors, for example, commercial ethics etc, reputation issues has become a hot spot in the world. The academic study of management of reputation of professional managers is in the beginning in China. Related study especially the measuring study is in quite deficiency. Therefore, how to promote improving the qualities of professional managers and providing the basis of selecting and evaluating professional managers for enterprises has been a concerned program. This paper construct base index of reputation of professional managers evaluating according to the existing literature at home and abroad. It also analyzes and extracts factors, and then determines the relation between the factors and the corresponding base index according to data from the questionnaires. At last, we determine the index system of the reputation of professional managers evaluating.
