Abstract: Abstract: The Executive Compensation always is one of important economical research topics. Whether ownership diversion has effect on the executive compensation, as well as how is this kind of influence, at present the few scholars conducts the research. Through the data from the Chinese listed companies in manufacturing industry in 2005, the paper finds cubic relations between the executive compensation and ownership diversion, the executive compensation first increases, reduces again, then rises with the ownership diversion increasing.
