Abstract: Abstract: Forestry is a highly risky industry. In the vast complex spatial extent and long production cycle, the forest resources at any time may be subject to a variety of natural disasters and man-made destruction, such as fire, wind, snow disaster, floods, diseases and insect pests. And it seriously influenced the development of forestry. Therefore, analysis on the influence of the foresters’ insured demands and establishing a consummate operational mechanism of forestry insurance has very important significance. This article based on the survey data from the research on the foresters in Jiangxi Fengxin County and YiFeng County, and the use of BP neural network model, analyzes the impact of foresters in forestry insurance demand factors, and thus it provides some policy recommendations for the establishment of forestry insurance mechanism.
