Abstract: The interdisciplinary and complex relationships among Metrological Supervision and Quality Management, Quality Supervision, Special Equipment Safety, Food quality and safety, Drug quality and safety, Construction quality and safety and the Certification of the Environment Labeling Product were studied in the paper. Based on this research and the existing censored data in the agencies for measurement and technology, the theory which could make the information of necessary measuring apparatus generated automatically for the enterprise getting the certificate, the pattern of the censored information match, the information renew immediately, the implement managed on line, as well as the information registered, checked, supervised intelligently and used fully was proposed and it could prevent the quality and safety accident caused by the lack of supervision essentially.
