Abstract: Abstract: In terms of the fuzzy clustering methods, the calculation of optimal fuzzy equivalent matrix is a NP problem for single-object evolutions. Particularly, as for multi-objective evolution, it is difficult to handle. However, existing algorithms focus on finding a satisfactory solution, which lacks flexibility. Moreover, these methods are not comprehensive and reasonable to provide decision-making in real-world applications. This paper uses the multi-objective evolutionary methods and Genetic Algorithms to find the Pareto front of optimal fuzzy equivalent matrix, which can help find a series of satisfactory solution. The proposed method is particularly suitable to find the higher-order matrix. In addition, these solutions have stronger adaptability for a variety of situations and can provide effective supports for scientific and rational decisions. Extensive experiments show that the multi-objective evolutionary based method is superior to the traditional algorithms in genetic algorithms.
