Abstract: Abstract: Move system in the process of cooperative innovations is a complicated process of evolution, the context build an effective model of move system in the process of cooperative innovation and an evolutional model of bidirectional knowledge spillover in dynamic perspective. Compare the different efficacy patterns of knowledge spillover, analyze the relationship between the efficacy of knowledge spillover and the efficacy of innovational production and the factors which effects the mentioned, and then explain the deep causes of knowledge spillover and point out the optimum models in choosing proceeds in long-term and short-term cooperation of Game in cooperative innovations.
