Abstract: Abstract: The non-size problem is not only an interesting and difficulty study on finance theories, but also a key factor which influences the investment decisions. The paper chooses two different stages’ data and designs game models to analyse different interest group’s game relations, which involved in non-size reduction. According to the study, if we want to solve the non-size problem in a rational way, we should strengthen the management and relations among the gamers, which includes investors, listed companies and regulators, to promote China's securities market in a long-term development.
