Abstract: Abstract：In China, it is the bottleneck that small medium enterprises are always lack of financing channels. The problem has been the major constraint for them to continuously develop. Financial leasing, as a new financial innovation, can relieve this kind of difficulty to a certain extent. This article will compare finance lease with bank credit and commercial credit, review development history of financial leasing in the world and China and analyze advantages of financial leasing for small and medium enterprises. And also it discusses the issues of current financial leasing business in China.
