Abstract: Abstract: This paper discusses the nature of today’s social crisis facing the world, outlines the essence of a learning organization and its main ideas, and analyzes of the root causes that human beings are at the edge of catastrophic. The evolution of material is paid over-attention to during the development of human beings, while the evolution of peoples’ spiritual development is extremely slow, so we need to seek the effective study to improve people’s mental purification of the mind. The paper discusses that human beings’ evolution is the evolution of the new concept of learning and its content, and the general divisions of various learning stages of human beings as well as the new stages of the development of human mind in the future. This paper also looks to the future that mental learning will lead to profound changes in all areas of society in the future.
