Abstract: Abstract: This article introduced the concept of “smart growth” of United States, and pointed out the differences of Sino-US in the relevant conditions of national situation. Then it analyzed the limitations of some principles from different views which are applied in China. Finally, the paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the application of “Smart Growth” in China.
