Abstract: Abstract: By referencing the successful application of modularization thinking in modular production model in manufacturing industry and combining the characteristics of agile logistics to conform the needs of customers, this paper qualitatively expounds the feasibility of agile logistics modularity and preliminarily divides agile logistics to eight parts according to the basic function of logistics: transportation, storage, loading and unloading, handling, packaging, distribution processing, distribution, information processing, etc. Then it proposes customer demands principal component analysis model considering the customer's ultimate demands and the eight parts of agile logistics. Taking the example of the express logistics services of an online mall and making use of SPSS's principal component analysis function, it analyses nine customer demands influencing factors to get the principal component of each factor and mapping of influencing factors and service modules. Accordingly, we get the relational expression of customer demands influencing factors and logistics functional module. That is the ultimate concrete quantitative formulas for modularity analysis of agile logistics.
