Abstract: Abstract: Describe the quality control’s definition and features, and apply it in controlling the mine tunnel stable. By research, the factors leading to tunnel instability are mining blasting, high stress, tunnel support and working time etc. According to system reliability principle, the factors which affect on tunnel stable are analyzed by fault tree analysis method, and find the route of tunnel instability, Optimize and improve the factors according to their importance. Reduce the probability of occurrence of the FTA, and keep the tunnel stable in work period, so it is vital to mine.
