Abstract: Abstract: The importance of coordinated development between urban and rural areas lies in narrowing down the urban and rural gap, coordinating their development, promoting the balanced social, economic and environmental development in rural areas and finally solving the issues facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Particularly in developing countries such as China, infrastructure projects are the main means for promoting the coordinated development between urban and rural areas. However, it is an intractable issue to evaluate or measure the contributions of implementing infrastructure projects to the coordinated development between urban and rural areas. But the rationality of the evaluation indicator is the key to the problem. With questionnaire survey on the significance of evaluation indicators, as well as the analysis and test of the feedback data by means of variance analysis and reliability analysis, it is proved that the questionnaire feedback data is reasonable and credible.
