Abstract: In terms of traits of distributed management in modern enterprises, a knowledge management mode based on distributed management environment is presented in this paper. At first, a model of distributed knowledge management based on multi-agent system is adopted to build a platform of sharing knowledge; secondly, a strategy of organization behavior management is provided to how to turning employees’ implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge; thirdly, the steps about building knowledge management system based on distributed management environment is explained in the paper. Finally this mode with a shape of pyramid is formed according to above building order of three levels.
