Abstract: After analyzing the characters of current test score inquiry ways, it puts forward the plan of score inquiry system through the cell phone text message. By connecting the computers and mobile module with the RS232, the hardware of test score inquiry system based on GSM is designed. Afterwards, with the help of MSComm, taking VB as development tool, the PDU module program to switch, receive and send messages is written using AT command. The score inquiry system works properly and provides new ways to inquire score for students.
