Abstract: It was an effect way to use GPS height for common engineering through height fitting attained normal height or level height. BP neural network method was the most method among the existing method at present. This paper studied on output and input data vector affected on BP Neural Network Fitting result, and for select the best mapping sample data method supposed three different mapping demo models in the paper. At last, it used matlab coding technology implemented this method and compared with each other through practice data; to improve the accuracy of GPS Height has some practical significance
