At home and abroad intelligent home systems have the issues of slow development, costly use, difficult operation and management, combined with the existing intelligent home solutions, This paper proposed community information service-based of the intelligent home system solutions. Users of the community can real-time monitor and intelligent control environmental parameters and appliances of the community residential, through web service by the application of computer technology integration bus technology, sensor technology, embedded technology, data communications technology, remote monitoring technology. Pervasive computing will be applied better to intelligent home systems, overall enhance usability, operability, save cost of use, and promoting the development of intelligent home and domestic standardization.
