Abstract: The principle and realizing method of an information services system based on short message for special zone were introduced. According to real-time sampled and synthesized NO.7 signal messages records-calling detail records, the system was designed to capture positioning messages and number of mobile phone, and then send short messages to the subscribers in the zone. The service logic、system decision mechanism and positioning method for the system were presented, the signal processing flow chat and database design were described. At last, application situations were given.
