Abstract: In traditional learning environment, it includes learning and testing. These two parts of learning behavior are the most students doing when they are learning. In distance learning, these two parts of learning behavior are also. But one of the research issues is how to integrate these two learning behavior into high learning efficient and good learning result. In recently distance learning, computer-based testing has become the most popular way of assessment, but there are too many issues which discuss about the testing efficiency from computer-based learning. In this paper, we proposed an assessment mechanism integrating learning map and SPC Table. This assessment mechanism can lead instructors and students understand the assessment item situation, and give students more feedbacks which are suitable to them. It is also called adaptive feedback. After this feedback, students can learn with high learning efficiency and good learning result
