Abstract: With the network resources continuously enriched and the amount of information networks increased，the explosive growth of information resources has been broaden people horizons. It has become a hot research issue how to get the information which the users need in the vastness of the Internet. This paper proposes a method to obtain implicitly the user interest model in order to achieve the personalized information services, and neural network model is applied to describe the relevance between the model of user behavior and interest. Experiment shows that this model has more accuracy of finding the pages which users are interested in.
