Abstract: |
Multi-attribution decision-making, which is known as multi-purpose decision-making with limited solutions, focuses on the optimization and sequencing for limited solutions with multiple attributes (indicators). Multi-attribution decision-making is widely used in the fields of society, economics, management and engineering, etc, and it has a generally applied value in respect of investment decision, project evaluation, solution optimization, plant site selection, scientific research results evaluation, comprehensive technical and economic evaluation, comprehensive economic effects evaluation, etc. The paper shows basic steps of multi-attribution decision-making application in management, gives an insight of basic philosophy of multi-attribution decision-making solution, and eventually describes the solution process of multi-attribution decision making, providing an evidence foundation for proposal of transfer method in multi-attribution decision-making complementary judgment matrix sequencing.
