Abstract: This text reveals the great influence of the earnings persistence on the analyst’s forecast in the company financial report by studying the characters of the securities analyst’s earnings forecast of the listed companies in our country from 2001 to 2007. This paper studies a great many domestic and foreign documents, and establishes analysis model and testify the research that the higher the earnings persistence of the company is, the more accurate the analyst’s forecasts are, the lower the ramification degrees is.
