Abstract: Of the cyber resources copyright, many papers touched this topic mainly from the side of positive; therefore it is advisable to invest the matter from the other side so to have a correct understanding. The following 4 points of features of cyber resources, namely, use rights & proprietary rights; easy-to-perish; less-authoritativeness and suitable for syn- chronous study, instead of chronological study. As chronological study needs strong support from further development of relative technology. A comprehensive consideration of the difficulty in technology & proper development conditions is a must so to balance a new position of copyrights protection and the interests of the general public as a whole. This final solution requires perfect understanding & patience consuming of man’s wisdom.
