Abstract: This thesis analyzes the harmfulness of electronic waste and the characteristics of the recycling economy in electronic information industry by the circular economy connotation analysis. It brings up the problem of technical and economic optimization in the industry chain of electronic waste and establishes an optimal utilization mathematical model of electronic waste resources. The author points out that it should make every part of the electronic waste chain into optimal combination by their organically combined to im- prove resource utilization and to reduce production cost of recycling. It also discusses the possibility of the industry chain establishment between the electronic waste and steel industry and puts forward the counter- measures of the utilization of electronic waste recycling.
