Abstract: Propose the solution to the problem of the tobacco mildew storage, we designed a early warning system which based on a technology of the electronic nose. In the package of tobacco, the front-end data acquisition board collects informations and transfers it to the handheld board through the wireless mode. Data analysis and process board receives the informations and estimates if the tobacco has been mildewed, to remind people to take some real-time measures of the tobacco mildew occurs thereby reducing the economic losses of the mildew brings. By the measurement of the hardware system verified the effectiveness of the program.
