Abstract: In this paper, an improvement for the fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm (FCM) is discussed. A kind of fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm is proposed in this paper based on a new distance definition instead of one in Euclidean space. Experimental results show that this method has a clearer classification than the classical method.
