Abstract: Since the 90s of last century, with the rapid development of economic globalization, more in- tense market competition, product life cycles continuing to be shorten, increasing customer expectations, supply chain management has become the main force of competition among enterprises. However, as natural resources are overused by human, which resulted in the deterioration and the imbalance of global environment, and brought great harm and bad consequences, these results cause the great alarm to globe. People began to explore a new supply chain management, global industrial chains were showing the green trend, and green supply chain management came into being. In this paper, we establish the per- formance evaluation index system of green supply chain from the customer, business, financial, learning and development and environmental protection, and propose the Triangular Fuzzy-AHP model based on triangular fuzzy function, which is more comprehensive, more scientific on evaluation of green supply chain performance system.
